We are open from Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm (GMT+8).
We are closed on some holidays, such as New Year's Day (January 1), Spring Festival (February, about 10 days), May Day (May 1-3), Mid-Autumn Festival (2 days) and National Day (October 1-3).

When will my order be shipped out?
Your order will be sent within 48hrs if all your items are in stock. We will inform you if something is out of stock, and you can choose to wait or get a refund. You will receive the tracking number once your order is shipped out.
We're open Monday through Saturday, so if you place an order on Sunday or on a holiday, your order will be shipped out the next day that we are open.
What is volumetric/dimensional weight?
Actual weight is exactly what it means, the weight of the package. The volumetric weight of a shipment is a calculation that reflects the density of a package. A less dense item generally occupies more volume of space, in comparison to its actual weight. The volumetric or dimensional weight is calculated and compared with the actual weight for each piece in the shipment to ascertain which is greater; the higher weight is used to calculate the total shipment cost.
The volumetric divisor has changed to 5000 and applies to products as per the below formula:
Length*Width*Height/5000 per piece in the shipment
What is your return & refund policy?
If the item you received is damaged or missing, please contact us within seven days, and send photos or a video. We promise to provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
In some cases, we may require you to return the item to us for a full refund. Please email us first if you want to return an item. If the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or our error, such as the wrong item, we will take full responsibility. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
