Returns & Refunds
At 52magic.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.
If any item is broken or missing, we will refund your purchase price. However, you must provide us with proof of the damage, such as a video or a photo, within 7 days of receiving the order.
If you are not satisfied with any item you received and wish to return it, you need to return the item within 7 days of receipt, and pay for the return shipping cost yourself. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund of the purchase price.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for any items that are not in their original condition or that are returned after the specified time period.
